Study of Path on Entrepreneurial Intentions among Participants in Self-support Programs: Focusing on Differences According to the Type of Groups of Social Employment and Market Approach

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out levels of self-support service quality, job satisfaction, self-support intention, and entrepreneurial intention based on the groups of social employment and market approach types which are self-sufficiency programs, and to verify differences in the structural path. In order to proceed, survey data were utilized which were formed by self-support program participants who belonged to 31 regional self-support centers located in Seoul area, and following key factors which were found as the result of the analysis. First, as the result of the verification through the latent mean analysis for the level differences according to the social employment and market approach types which are the self-support program types selected in this research, quality of self-support service, job satisfaction, and self-support intention from self-employment participants were all the same. On the other hand, in case of entrepreneurial intention, market approach type of participants showed higher level compared to the social employment type participants. Second, as the result of the analysis on the structural model in relation with the self-support service quality, job satisfaction, self-support intention, and entrepreneurial intention according to the self-support program type, self-support service quality affected negatively to the entrepreneurial intention, but it affected positively through the job satisfaction. In addition, it partially existed differences between groups according to the self-support program type that was established in this research. Lastly, this research presented discussion and practical implications on the current self-support program based on the result of the research.
